Information you provide
When you contact us or start a project, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, current website (optional), the services you are interested in, your timing, and your description of the project. If you call us, we receive your phone number and call details.
Information collected through the website
We use the following tools to understand how the website is used and whether our marketing works. They may set cookies or use similar technologies, and they collect information such as pages visited, the site that referred you, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you interact with pages.
Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and how visitors use the site.
Google Tag Manager loads and manages these tools on the site.
Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when a visit from a Google ad leads to a form submission or call.
Call tracking through CallRail may show a tracking phone number so we can tell which page or campaign led to a call. We do not record calls.
Heatmaps and session recording through Hotjar show where visitors click and scroll, with form fields masked.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
How we use information
We may use information you provide to respond to questions and project inquiries; discuss, plan, and provide requested services; operate, maintain, and protect the website; understand and improve the website; and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you: our website hosting provider; Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads) for measurement and advertising; CallRail for call tracking; Hotjar for heatmaps; and the email and CRM tools we use to manage inquiries. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond, provide services and keep business records. You can ask us to delete it through the contact form.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To submit a privacy request, contact us through the form at thedenverwebdesigncompany.com/contact/.
